Alisstera Zholl Zhol "Walter"

Walter came to us in June of 2023 from Czech. He had a hard time adjusting to the long trip and change and therefore we made the decision to not plan on showing Walter here in Canada though he had a successful show career in the UK. He is a big boy and is truly bred for purpose as he is agile and loves to cover ground on nature walks thru the brush. Walter loves to play fetch and catch treats in the air. He is a kind goofy and gentle soul. However, he still take a few minutes to warm up to strangers.

Walter is reitring with a wonderful family in BC.

"HENDRIX" is from the Ukraine and joined us in the summer of 2017 with Nadiya. He is just a great big teddy bear. His small show career was amazing. He is a Canadian Champion and health tested. I am in love with this boy and so happy to have him in our family and breeding program. Hendrix is enjoying retirement with a great family and has been retired and is neutered

In Loving Memory....His Legacy lives on here at Basset Acres. Dudley passed away April 2020

Imported from Czech Republic as a puppy and he is now 10 years old. He's an amazing boy and is definitely part of the family and a huge part of our breeding program with many of his daughters and grand daughters here. We just love this big boy! He is 80lbs .

Riesen was born March 2024 and is Tootsie and Boris beautiful puppy. He is a very promising puppy that has won a Best Baby Puppy in Show is first show and a Best Puppy in Show and some group placements over mature accomplished dogs and is ckc pending a Canadian Champion in his first show as a 6 month old puppy. That aside he a sweet and fun loving boy. I am excited and proud that he is part of the future of Basset Acres

BIS GCHB KOLANI HARDY D'ONER "BORIS"

Boris joined our hound family from Russia. He is a busy boy full of love. This lovely boy earned his Championship in one show and blew us away winning Best of Breed over a very accomplished multi titled basset as a puppy. I am having a blast showing him, he is winning and loves showing. He has been in the top bassets in Canada for 4 years in a row and has his Grand Championship Bronze. He is health tested and lives here with us. He a cool boy! He won his first Best in Show in 2023 and in done very well in the limited showing we managed to do this year.

Boris will be enjoying retirement now and coming out for limited showing as a Veteran in 2026
